Elke Baltovski, Instructor and Founder
I grew up to love the outdoors, be passionate about a wide range of sporting activities and with the ambition to master some of those to national level competition.
First hand experiences of injury rehabilitation and prevention within an incredibly knowledgable team of health professionals inspired my career choice early on.
In-depth studies of exercise science built a solid foundation for my quality Pilates education and becoming a mother of two gave me the valuable insight and motivation to further my knowledge about women's health.
Over the years I have worked with health funds, youth talent scouts, seniors, professional sports teams (Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, European Handball), overworked managers, overworked mothers, mothers-to-be and various rehabilitation groups (chronic back pain patients, stroke and cardiovascular patients, osteoporosis, asthma) - running and developing programs in a group exercise as well as personal training environment.
It was the analytical and personalised part of individual session planning and the attention to detail that I found most rewarding and thus the approach of Studio Pilates continues to fascinate me as well as delivers the greatest results in my work with clients from all walks of life.
After relocating and starting over many times I am excited to have put down some roots in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney and being able to share my own little feel good Studio44 with you is a dream come true.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Elke
